I love Tom’s place, their ribs meat came right off the bone and the Mac & cheese is to die for. The people that was there was so nice.. I would come back and bring a party with me the price may be high but it is well worth it

This is like the Beatles coming back for a world tour.  When Tom Wright passed away, his famed Boca Raton restaurant was not long for this world.  The outstanding BBQ restaurant started in a trailer in the 1980s on Glades Road east of I-95.  With lines down the sidewalk (I was often in that line), Tom and Helen Wright, rented a place on Dixie and Glades.  The reaction was immediate.  There were not enough seats and the food too good.  It was not uncommon for the lines to wrap around the building.  They moved to a larger building up US1.  Same thing.  The sauce was spectacular and Tom and Helen served the best ribs I ever had by far.  The port was sliced, not shredded, so you could see and taste it all the better.  This new location in Boynton Beach is a third attempt by some of Tom and Helen’s kids to bring back the glory.  I think they are well on their way.  The still-secret sauce, which used to be sold in supermarkets, and for which it was rumored Tom was offered a fortune (he posted a newspaper article to prove it), is still far and above the best I ever tasted.  Relying on sweetness and not vinegar, the sauce is the key.  The ribs were terrific.  I’m not that sentimental, but I almost cried.  “It’s back!” The place is modest and ordinary, an old Buca di Pepo build-out, but still far fancier than anything Tom and Helen ever had.  The service was as sweet as the sauce with a family atmosphere and photos all over the walls of the famous people who ate there and of the family and history.  The place is spotless clean.  The menu has catfish, pork, ribs and the side dishes which people will enjoy.  Try the collard greens which go great with the BBQ.  Enjoy!  And good luck and God-Bless to the Wright family.

Excellent service, great food, I ate the Sunday Special: Ribs, Black eye peas and coleslaw salad, was so good, the taste and the tender ribs were so delicious . Also instead of bread, they offered a biscuit hot and fresh.

Good affordable papers research essay requires writing skills, but also good research judgment.
